Our conditions of sell

Politic's breeding
 

We deliver all legal selling document (identification card, health book, tracts, one brochure ...) but also the document relating to our farm (selling contract, individual card, "kit furet"...) to the sale of the ferret.

Our ferrets are traited  against internal and external parasits 3 to 5 times, they receive their first CH vaccination as soon as possible and if they stay at home untill the booster, we do it and we do against rabbies too.

For politic's breeding reasons, we'll never sell kits without his vaccine or not traited. We want he had the best sanitary bagage and we hope you'll continue to assure these essential care.

Our kits are sold with a microship too, by choice and because of the 6 january 1999, art 276.2 's law.

Kits' parents are visible if they are from our farm, and in the case of extrenals hobs, some pictures are available if you ask for them.

Our farm is declared at the DSV (direction of veterinarian service) and subjected to sanitary controls. According to the law, we hold a book of the exit and entrances and all our ferrets are vaccinated.

We do a followed by all pregant jills ( X-ray for example..)

No ferrets are sold or killed at the end of his "career", they all stay at home ! :-)

We offer to anyone who buy one of our ferrets a care's service during holidays. It depends of available place  and of the good health of the ferret.We aren't authorized to guard a ferret which isn't vaccinated or no traited... Concerning prices, please contact us, or see the page (in french). 

Our ferret aren't some merchandise, so we don't send them by transporter or other way like this...

It can be possible to get to Paris with some ferrets (with friends). We can also consider taking them in our car any case but a kit will leave home if he's not enterely paid (all or one part).

Hold and sell
 

The payment of the ferret must be done at least on the day of the sale, deposit will be asked for imported ferrets (like 30% of total price). This money won't be pay back in the case of the buyer cancel the sale after the kits arrived at the farm.

If you want us to make  the kit arrive to you (no transporter), the payment has to be sent before. The check will be cashed only when you 'll take the babie on your hands. 

Holding can be cancelled untill the sale's day , but please, don"t cancel it during the week before.

We keep the right to accept or refuse a reservation or a wedding of our hobs.

Ferrets sold deaf won't be the topic of a complaint or a pay back because of it later. The buyer knowing it and having bought the kit with it. We test all kits and our vet control it again, however if after the sell (no more 6 months later), you'll see deafness, we are agree with a pay back of 50% of the sell price. But in this case, you have to give us a  veterinarian attestation which attests of the handicap (with:  day time, the microship's number and stamp) and one other about the neuteured of it (with day time, microship's number and stamp).

Concerning the transmissible illness , the guarantis action can only be practice if a attested diagnotic  by a veterinarian is delivered under 8 days (for the distemper)
We guarantee the good health of our ferrets by a veterinarian attestation. trips, changing home etc.. are lots of raisons to be sick for an animal. We give you some food to avoid digestive matters resulting  from the stress or food change. For the comfort of your kit, please respect the time of transition.

If the buyer takes a ferret whitch has an declared and traited illness before the sell, he must continue traitments. For all contract where it's said that the animal is sick or has a "health matter" , the buyer who had bought it knowing these conditions, won't be able to make any purchases later about it to have a pay back or other.

When he has signed the contract, the buyer has admited to take possession of a ferret in a good health obvious . Despite this, if it occurs that he has a viral infection under 7 days after the sell (veterinarian attest), the farm will do a pay back. It will be the same way in the case of a ears mites (7 days).

To conclude, we recal you, that a buyer become the owner only when the payment is do (with check, after the last being cashed, 12/05/80 law). The owner's change (identificaton card) will be ok after it.

To breed or to be a pets?

Some ferrets can be sold to "be pets" or "to be use in breed".

Ferrets for breeding whitch finally can be able to make a litter won't be pay back, but we can see for an other solution.
But ferret witch have only one testicul and who will be detect like this after the sell will be pay back (50%) , for it, you ' ll have to send us a veterinarian attestation of the neuteuring of it (with: stamp, name of the ferret, his  microship's number and the day time)
Ferret sold as pets would never be use for breed. It can be an animal who have a transsmissible matter or bad things for selection ( too little tails, bad hairs, teeth no strong..) or it can have any matter. We ask to the owner of one ferret whith a "flaw" to send us a veterinarian attestation of neuteured (before the 12 month of the ferret) for males and to attest you'll never make babies with him.

If you buy a female as pets, you'll commit to never make litter with her.
